Huh? He says. My daughter has heard the term "wabi", but not combined with sabi. He is an engineer, and doesn't like to read. However, she reads Japanese literature.

I thought surely it would be commonly known in Japan.

6. I think it's time . . .
. . . to break out those boxes of "I love Wabi-Sabi" Tea Shirts I made a few years ago and never could sell. They've been in the garage and should have a nice sabi smell to them by now.
