Hi everyone -
I have an unusual photo request, and I thought I would turn to my favorite group of photographers who may be able to help me. Some of you already know that I'm in grad school - it's one of the reasons why I'm not around too much - and I'm currently taking an art history class on religious pilgrimage and how it relates to current secular culture. For my final paper, I am writing about Grauman's Chinese Theatre in L.A. - the one with the hand and footprints in the front. The problem is, I can't find photographs that show some of what I would like to show...so I thought I would see if any of you had happened to go there and had pictures.
I am particularly looking for pictures of people dressed up as stars, or things left at the hand and footprints, or anything that could be bought in the gift shops. If any of you have anything like that and wouldn't mind me using it for this paper, please drop me a note - I promise that the images would only be used for this one paper, which will only be given to the professor, and I would give full credit for the photos in the paper. And, of course, you would have my undying gratitude!
Thanks in advance! :hi:
