There is a guy I follow on Flickr

who takes amazing portraits and remembers those we have too often forgetten... Even Democrats don't talk about these folks anymore.

and tell horrific and sad tales well. From their faces in our faces.
Thanks for the link, and you are right about even Democrats being more silent about the plight of others.
I think we're ALL scared these days.
