2. Warm and cool and everything in between, in the colors.
A serious keeper, I like the pronounced diagonals, too.

I'm so not looking forward to winter (although the beginning of fall is a relief after this summer).

and I'm not afraid of autumn and impending winter... (I'll be working in Minnisota in December :scared: for shivers, not fear)

7. I'm sure you will capture the stark beauty of winter.
Enjoy some Lutefisk and booyah Booyah is something like a Mulligan stew or a burgoo. It's a little bit of anything you have thrown in a pot and cooked until it is nice and mushy. Even granny can eat it without her teeth.

9. I love winter because of the comfort foods.
I couldn't wait for winter to do some roasted veggies last night. It turned our house into a sweat lodge, but the food was outstanding. Bells Two Hearted Ale is the perfect beer for roast veggies. The citrus flavor of the hops works well with the herbed veggies.

11. I'm glad I didn't go into cooking as a profession.
It wouldn't be near as much fun.

I was thinking you'd do it just for the fun of it :) Would definitely be in keeping with your ethos.

13. My wife has volunteered me to cook for the women of her
extended family. Talk about pressure. Not into pressure anymore.
