Sometimes I think I get far too serious
about the end result of my photos. I've been struggling with "good" winter shots with little (IMHO) success and a friend "called" me on it.

So . . . here are a couple whimsical "winter" shots.

1. You are right. The first one is a hoot, and would be a contender if it were not
so tacky (if this is in your yard or your best friends' I take the tacky part back immediately)
and I looked again, a third time, and my smile is getting wider, actually.

the second one to me is a serious photo, and I like it a lot. It is a winter I would prefer not to be caught in, except for the sunshine part of it. I think it could be an entry of substance.
