Reflections . . .
I seem to be captivated with "reflection" photos lately.

Here is one I took just this evening. Some of you may recognize this "blue railing." ;-)

1. WOW - I do not recognize it, must have missed it before. One day there will be
a blue contest - I hope you save it. And speaking of contest, I saw your entry and I am awed.
A very beautiful photograph.

2. Thank you Mira, I always
appreciate your comments. And thank you for the compliment for my "contest" shot. I took that one yesterday on my walk home from work.

Here's the blue railing shot that I referenced above.

13. This one really speaks to me, it's like an incomplete musical staff.
I can hear the music. Seriously, it's to me the best one.Beautifully framed. Somehow the color looks just right.

3. I love this subject Callalily...thanks
Given the time, I would explore it much more.

When I first joined this group or lurked, Tandalos was posting reflections but haven't seen hyde nor hare of that person since.

Don't mean to bore everyone but here's some reflection shots I have probably posted before.

Being an amateur photographer, I believe reflections give me an "edge" and I need all the help I can get.

5. I really enjoyed your
reflection photos, with the first one and fourth one being my favorite.

Reflection photos bring out a whole set of challenges, but the end result can be so rewarding.

I will continue to experiment! But then . . . I always do! ;-)

7. Very nice. I like the concept.
You have a good eye.
As a motorhead/shutterbug, I'm always searching the opportunity.

11. I love taking automotive pix
I used to take three quarter pictures of various cars at the shows, but soon realized how boring that was (plus I now have a pic of everybody's car in a 50 mile radius) Like you, I found more artistic value in focusing on certain parts of cars.

Very cool. The diminishing focus you used emphasizes the car's lengthy bounds.

9. I love reflections too. In fact many my photographs have them
they certainly add dimension, an other world so to speak to a photograph.

12. have we ever done "reflections"
as a monthly theme? Seems like it would be a wonderful contest. All of these are wonderful.

Here's one of mine.

14. We have but it has been
a long time. Might be one to think about doing again. There are so many new people since then that it would be a repeat for very few of us. That is so tranquil and beautiful.

16. All very nice, but my
favorite is the third photo, the ducks (geese?). That reflection is so clear - so in focus!
