Some photos I'm entering in a local contest

I haven't decided yet between this one or the web in this month's contest. Didn't scan well, but I picked up the enlargements today and the spider just jumps off the page.

The categories are people, landscape/scenic, architecture, and wildlife.

1. Looks like you have some great contenders here

How do you present these? Do you have to mat them in some special way just for the contest?

I looked into one local group that had print contests but they were a little too stuffy for me. They'd kicked my ass out the first week. I wasn't so much into the contest thing.... just wanted to hang but it seems like many photogs take themselves waaaaaay too seriously.

It's hard to tell on my damn monitor... but the Architecture shot is my fave. I love the warm (hot!!) tone you applied to it. But I also like the falls....and the....
:dilemma:

Good luck!!!

Oh, and if you do a lot of matting.... you might check this place out. They have some good quantity pricing on closeout stuff and seem to be less money than the local hobby stores on custom cuts....

3. Thx FGordon
They have to be mounted on foam board and can be matted. (Mine will be matted.) I'll have to check out that link. I don't have time to order anything now, but next time it'll definitely be cheaper.
