Morning dew in the garden..
Yesterday I managed to barter some of my services for a Canon Digital Rebel XT 8mp DSLR with a 18-55 3.5-5.6 zoom, I've basically been without a camera for quite a while now so this is a big day for me.

These are my first halfway serious attempts to get some pretty pics after playing with camera for an evening to familiarize myself with it first..

For what I have in it, I'm pleased with the camera so far.

1. OH WOW - BIG TIME photos in glorious color and
presentation. But what makes me even happier is to see you !!!!!!!
I have missed you sorely, and also your photographs many of your Georgia scenes I remember well, like the pond and the decaying buildings. Every single one of these flowers is my favorite.
Welcome back!

6. Thanks for the compliments everyone.. And the welcome back too..
I spent about twenty minutes and fifty or sixty shots this afternoon trying to get the bumblebees that are all over the little blue flowers, not a really clear shot in the bunch.

I've got a few more shots to post but I'm about to get my face all keyboardy if I don't go to bed in the next few minutes, guess I'll have to put it off until later.

Oh yeah, I rather like the bokeh myself..
