Can anyone help me?

A friend of mine believes he may have an original, possibly unfinished Robert Spear Dunning still life. We are both clueless about how to get it appraised and sold. Here's a crappy picture of a picture of the painting:

Can anyone steer us in the right direction? Any help you can give me would be appreciated. TIA, Bunny

comes to mind. I googled "Robert Spears Dunning" and 'appraise "Robert Spears Dunning".
google is your friend!
