Basement waterproofing sealants....anyone have experience with these?

Our basement has water seeping in through the foundation walls, and the bomb shelter part floods every time it rains, but that water comes in through the door which needs replacing. We spoke to some basement system people and they want 10k-12k to overhaul the basement, install sump pumps, dehumidifiers, air purifiers, anything and everything under the sun. And while that may sound great, I do not have 10k-12k just sitting around to invest in the basement.

I have heard that there are sealants that one can use which will help eliminate seepage for a few years and then need to be redone. Does anyone have experience with these products? Which one did you use? Pros & cons...
