and I think you are right. There has been a shift in things lately. I have felt that the Light and energy have shifted-increased, as it were. Other mystical friends have said the same thing.

Good or bad? Lately, my impulsive anger problem is hard to manage and I feel like doom is all around me (could be red state). Shit, it's hard to think straight with the looming theocracy, lack of jobs, and Christians trying to convert me at B&N and even my family is saying that I tearing the family apart by being UU instead of fundie. I want the 90's back.

I can't shake it . It goes away for a day and then it comes back . I can't concentrate on anything - can't sleep . Always feeling the need to want to zone out but can't .

my husband was talking with our doctor about it, and she says there is a rise in energy, including Kundalini energy (nice to have an md who is a mystic). It can be a bit of a trip trying to ride this energy wave.

I've been doing spiritual practices to bring in the Light and Peace, which have helped enormously. But realize that these type of practices aren't something you do just once and forget about. You have to watch your inner space and be aware when there are apparent negative shifts, and do the practices then to clarify the reasons for the shifts so you can release negative attachments. Sometimes you do this again and again and again.

I know people who have had issues going back to childhood rearing their ugly heads so they have to deal with them yet again in another manifestation-this time, hopefully, for the last time. Apparently the energy shift sort of helps bring this about as well as just increasing energy.

On the other hand, I've had a recent mystical encounter that was unexpected, and the energy was so overwhelmingly positive that it took me quite a while to realize that being too positive was also not in balance and would not bring you peace.

So ride the wave, brothers and sisters. Release attachments, go with the flow--and remember who you really are.

That is so true . Sometimes you have to go through bad energy in order to enjoy the positive good energy .

I do this meditation technique whenever I feel like this . I should do it more often .

There are starting to be cracks everywhere: Media are reporting more and editorializing more. We haven't let the Downing Street Minutes disappear, and more and more are starting to notice. The word impeachment has appeared in the press. Bolton still hasn't been confirmed. I now think the filibuster "compromise," which I originally condemned, was really a revolt by some Republicans. And my mood has just switched too.

I still have the really down feelings like you mention but much less often. I really hope I'm right about this and not just wishful thinking, but you may still be right. I think we'll know one way or the other fairly soon.

But for some reason , I always feel like this during the month of May . Its now June and I am feeling better ... But it was like I could I feel chaos energy everywhere that I went . Even when I went to work , I felt the energy of everything being unorganized . My mind could not concentrate - you won't believe all the electrical applicances that snapped last month when I felt like this lol .
