First bird of the year determines how the year will be.
Edited on Thu Jan-01-09 04:25 PM by uppityperson
My first bird was a varied thrush. They migrate through during spring and fall, and we have a flock year round now. They are very camafloged, somewhat skittish but seem adapatable to woodland dwelling.
