Sunday, 4/10: I'm taking the day off
*GASP!*

I'm going to work around the house today.

I know.... it's probably not a good idea, but one day won't hurt, will it?

I'll be back on track tomorrow.

1. Get outside!!!!!! at least for a little while
Give your body time to rest. . .

See you at the gym tomorrow.

3. I worked out (but I'm glad you didn't)
Get your rest, don't force it. Even a bad-ass needs a break.

I did my second chest day of the week. I feel great!

4. Outdoor bouldering
Drove to WV for the day and climbed outside for 5 hours. The great day was spoiled by one of my friends rolling his ankle when he hit the edge of the crash pad jumping down. He didn't feel it dislocate but some others who were closer to him heard it pop. About 10 seconds later it he felt it pop back into place.

5. Hope you enjoyed your rest.
It was a snow day here in Denver--maybe a foot and a half, and no way to get outside. :-( So I did the upper-body and abs portions of Muscle Max and the aerobics part of Step Reebok: The Video.

6. one day will HELP
-- your muscles rebuild themselves on the rest days.

Sunday was a "rest" day for me too, but mostly 'cause I was just too dang busy. STILL haven't finished my tax return... sigh.
