Friday, 5/27: I worked out today--did you?
I jogged for 2 miles and then did my usual stint in the weight room.

I ended up not working out yesterday. This wasn't my best week. I don't usually take more than 2 days off. I'll have to try harder next week.

1. Wow Miss Millie!
What time do you get up? I will walk later today and do abs work. I weighed in today and I didn't lose or gain, which is bad and good. I think I am going to have to go back to weight lifting. I took about two weeks off. I usually start on an exercise and diet program really great then lose interest after a couple of weeks. I have to get re-motivated.

4. I was up at 5:30 today
out of the house by 6:10, and at the gym at 7:10.

My gym is at my job, which is 45 miles away from where I live.

2. Not yet
did a workout double yesterday. At gym, 45min cardio ball session, 12min on stairmaster; 3 mile run after work.

Will do the gym 45min aerobic step workout today at lunch.

Summer's coming soon--and so's my vacation.

I missed my morning workout....picked my son up from the airport late last night and drove two hours home ... didn't get to bed until 2AM...overslept....

6. Legs and back.
And then went and worked 8 hsrs. on my feet. (for the 9th day in a row.)


I also blew off working out yesterday. I felt like I needed to sleep more than workout. So I slept until 10:00 am. I'm glad I did.
I feel like sleep helped.
