Fri, 6/3: I worked out today--did you?
Hi folks!

I shortened my run today to only 1 mile and then spent about triple the time I usually spend in the weight room. Lots of upper body today: tricep curls, shoulder press, rowing, etc.

1. Yes I did!
I got a Striptease aerobics video set yesterday. I did the first one this morning along with yoga. The video was fun & a good workout.
I have a feeling I will hurt tomorrow.

did some short weight workouts too...

rewarded myself with a whole wheat bagel afterwards....

I weighed myself just before the 1 mile trek and I was DOWN 1.5 lbs from Tuesday morning....that's good news, it means that I'm back to where I was prior to the Memorial Day gourging I did with my in-laws...

so I "rode" in my living room -- 30 minutes.
