Friday, 7/15: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang!

I jogged 2.8 miles and then did my upper-body stint in the weight room.

I'm feeling really good about being back 5 days a week.

Tomorrow I won't go to the gym, but I'm gonna wash windows and hang curtains in 2 rooms, and I'll do ab work too.

4. yes, but......
I did Intense Moves, and now I'm sitting here in my office gorging on Ritz Chips.

I realized that while I'm pretty faithful to working out, I need to control my portions. I eat *way* too much for my workouts to do me any good. :-(

7. Worked back, biceps and forearms
Killer workout. Wide grip pull-ups are extremely tough. Then lying dumbell curls are a new one I tired. The stretch and burn are great.
