2. I walked 3 miles today
I wanted to walk four so I could double my fat burning production, but after 3 miles I was feeling like that was enough. It's still an improvement over the 2 miles that I was walking. Now I'll have to increase the amount that I walk on my weight lifting day.

Also, I was stuck on 265 for a week. Today I weighed in at 264. That's 13 pounds down and 69 to go.

12. 3 miles of walking is nothing to sneeze at.
When I went on a big walking jag a few years ago, it took me a few weeks to be able to handle 3 miles every day, and that was without doing any weightlifting. You are doing wonderfully, man. Keep it up!!

4. Went to Pilates again today.
I can't do any shoulder-bridge prep or anything that puts pressure on my upper thoracic spine. So I had a good workout on the reformer. :hi:

10. I didn't think I was going to have time but....
I had a training in the morning and I didn't get to bed until 1pm so I expected to sleep until 8pm. Then I'd get up, shower/dress/eat and be at my weekend job at 10pm. Then my roomie comes home from work at 5pm, slams the door and turns on the stereo (with the speakers right below my bedroom).

Needless to say I wasn't getting any more sleep so I got up and headed to the club. I did 15min/4.5m on the bike and 20min/1m on the treadmill, all with gnawing hunger because I'd stormed out of the house without eating in my irritation. Big mistake--by the time I was done with that my blood sugar was obviously very low because I was dizzy and shaking. Before I could do the weight circuit I had to go to the front desk and buy an energy bar. I sat and flipped through a magazine while I ate it and waited for some of the sugar to hit my bloodstream, then I hit the weights.

11. Only about 6 miles on my bike while running errands
Not a solid, continuous ride, but it still added up to at least 40 minutes of exertion in the hot sun. :)
