Wednesday, 8/31: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang,

I did 35 minutes on the elliptical, I did 1/2 of my ab workout, and also worked the leg adductor and the lat pulldown.

My shoulder wouldn't let me do the chest press.


How did you folks make out today?

1. I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga.
I plan on doing tai-chi & walking at lunch.

7. It's Wednesday...
so I did PowerMax, of course :-) And I went with some coworkers for a 35 minute walk at lunch.

8. Legs and shoulders
I'm not sure if I can keep mixing those two up. Legs kill me and I don't think I put enough effort into the shoulders.

And I'm growing to hate the dumbell deadlifts. Hate them dearly and I'm only doing 70lbs per side.

20min/1m on the treadmill and 16.5min/5m on the bike.
