Thursday, 9/8: I worked out today--did you?
Good morning! :hi:


I did 35 minutes on the elliptical this morning, followed by my usual knee work, and work on the tri-cep extender and the lat pull-down.

I won an mp3 player on ebay, and it came in yesterday. Wow... I really like working out to music!


What's up w/ you guys today?

5. It's more than just the calories
When your 600 calories was from pretty much all sugar you've done more to set your self back.

6. Pool closed for maintenance. After one great swim in alternate
pool at alternate YMCA that pool went dark. Lost all but 2 feet of water and no one knows why.

I'm walking to work and riding my bike, BUT I'M SWIMBOY DAMMIT!!! AND IT'S JUST A LITTLE FRUSTRATING!!!

:deep breath:

Okay--pool reopens Monday and I'll be there. I have missed comparing notes with you all. This group is a good motivator.

15. Chest and back day
and I pulled out over 50 reverse grip pullups. So now I've done >= 50/session for every configuration except one - Forward grip non wide. Now if only I can get them into 5 sets rather than like the 12 I'm doing now (spread out over 60 minutes).
