4.11 miles on the treadmill, 15 min yoga cool down, focusing on the core.

Nothing special, but I did it.

1. I made it to yoga today.

I haven't been feeling really great but I decided I needed the mental break so I went. Got kinda lightheaded during the standing series but I finished the rest of the workout just fine.
