Tuesday, 1/24: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang! :hi:

I tried something completely different today. I did 35 minutes on the StairMaster. I've always been afraid of that machine, and now I know why.

After that I went into the weight room and did my leg and lower back workout. Still trying to increase weights.

What's up w/ you folks today?

4. I went back to my yoga class.
First time in a week, I think. It felt FANTASTIC, although I did NOT go to the hottest one, I went to the not-quite-so-hot one.

I think -- cross your fingers and knock on wood -- that I have almost licked this cold, although I will definitely try to NOT overtax myself in the next few days.

7. Just getting out there and doing a workout is definitely great.
You go! :toast::applause::bounce:

And you know the beginning is sort of the fun part because, although it's hard, you get to see results!
