Friday, 2/10: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang :hi:

After warming up, I went into the strength equipment room and did my ab workout.

Then I went up to the track and jogged 2.0 miles.

1. Yes, I did
24 sets (total) of bench press, preacher curl, and triceps extensions 10 - 15 reps per set. Raking pine needles is in my future for this afternoon.

2. An hour of yoga, then an hour of cardio.
I'm going on vacation tomorrow, so I don't know how much exercise I'll be doing. :hi:

40 minutes on cross-trainer, 30 on treadmill -ran 15, speedwalking 15. 3 reps on an ab machine for the first time.
