Friday, 2/23: I worked out today--did you?
:hi: Good morning!

Today, after I warmed up, I did a leg workout in the strength equipment room. Then I jogged 2 miles.


How did you folks make out?

1. skipped this AM
Went bouldering at the gym last night for the first time in 3 weeks. I was too burnt out this AM to work out, barely felt like getting up. I'll try to do some cardio tonight.

3. An hour of yoga, then 35 minutes of cardio
Followed by 25 minutes of weights. :)

4. An hour on the elliptical (for the first time in a week) and 20 minutes
of stretching. Plus I'm doing laundry today (I live in a two-story house. :) )

6. 20 mins of cardio
..cardio has felt harder the past 2 days, don't know why. Then, I did upper-body weights.
