I can tell this is going to be addictive. Today I got out and worked in the yard for half an hour and in the evening I attended a Scottish Dance class. Not a lot of cardio in either, honestly, but at least I'm getting out there and moving!

1. way to go, crispini!
My boyfriend and I were frustrated to find so-called 24-Hour Fitness already closed by the time we got there last night, so I didn't get to swim my half mile as hoped. :( I used the stationary bike at his house for a bit instead, then did crunches and push-ups.

It seems that BF and I are the only nerds in Houston who want to work out at times like 6:30am on Saturday and 9pm on Sunday. It's just that our schedules are so packed!
