Friday, 7/7: Planning an afternoon workout again--and you?
Today will be an upper-body day in the strength equipment room.

I ran yesterday (5K--and beat my best time ever) so today I'll probably do StairMaster and elliptical.


What did you do or are you planning to take care of yourself today?

Didn't feel very good.
