My thighs are achiing today. May take a short ride just to loosen up.

2. Restarting my 5x5 routine and starting a new supplement

Squats 5x5 two warm up sets
Bench 5x5 no warm up set(I need to get better about warming up)
BB rows 5x5 (1 warm up set)
Skullcrushers 2x8

New supplement is by Designer Supplements called XCEED
has arginine and creatine CEE in it. The taste was great and energy was fair. We'll see as time goes on if I keep with this product after the tub is empty.

4. I had taken two weeks off for a couple reasons but today I swam.
I could tell I wasn't up to par but I swam a mile and will work back up to where I was.

5. My back is finally feeling enough better to start working out again.
I did kick boxing, pilates & yoga this morning. A little shorter kick boxing workout than I was doing, but it felt great.

6. My workout today consisted of the following
I weeded out an entire flower bed and am preparing it for fall plantings of hosta and other low growing stuff.

I then spread lime on the yard.

I then coached an under eight group in soccer for 1 hour and ran around like an 8 year old...i am exhausted.

7. yoga
But I re-sprained my ankle a few weeks ago and it is not healing properly, so I had to take it really easy. I have a DRs appt later this week for the ankle.
