2. Restarting my 5x5 routine and starting a new supplement
Squats 5x5 two warm up sets Bench 5x5 no warm up set(I need to get better about warming up) BB rows 5x5 (1 warm up set) Skullcrushers 2x8
New supplement is by Designer Supplements called XCEED has arginine and creatine CEE in it. The taste was great and energy was fair. We'll see as time goes on if I keep with this product after the tub is empty.
But I re-sprained my ankle a few weeks ago and it is not healing properly, so I had to take it really easy. I have a DRs appt later this week for the ankle.
