Friday, 10/6: I worked out--did you?

I did a 5.0 mile jog.

Today I am off, and tomorrow I'll jog 3 or 4 miles as a warm up for Monday's 10K.

2. I had a great workout

I probably spent too long in the gym but it was not crowded and I had energy so I stayed until I was wasted. Two hours goes fast.

some chest
some shoulder work.
