Wednesday, November 15 - I worked out, did you?
Legs today

Leg extensions
Hack squats (heavy)
DB lunges (these were a killer)
Hamstring curls
Seated calf raises
Standing calf raises

When you write it out it doesn't seem like a lot, but my legs sure are sore today.
