I am very proud of my two weeks of pre-work working out at 7am. Wednesday I did 30 minutes of yoga and this morning I hopped on the elliptical for 30 minutes. I can't believe how much more energy I have throughout the day and how much easier it is getting to get out of bed -- I am usually the worst morning person in the world! This could change my whole outlook!

I jogged 2.5 miles and then went into the weight room and did a leg workout.
