I have been playing around with different combinations of hindu squats and pushups after I do my isometrics, and I think I've discovered a way to do them that will be great for cardio. I do this with just enough rest to reposition myself:
10 hindu squats 10 pushups 10 hindu squats 10 pushups 10 hindu squats 10 pushups 10 hindu squats 10 pushups 10 hindu squats 10 pushups 10 hindu squats 10 pushups 10 hindu squats 10 pushups 10 hindu squats 10 pushups 10 hindu squats 10 pushups 10 hindu squats 10 pushups 10 hindu squats 10 pushups 10 hindu squats 10 pushups
At the end, I've done a total of 120 squats and 120 pushups with no rest..not bad for a 280lb. guy (not 280 for long, though!) The funny thing is that I used to do 20 squats and 20 pushups six times to reach 120 each, but doing 10 at a time seems to really hit the cardio more for some reason. I think it's because the muscles don't get a chance to really fatique all that much, while the cardio doesn't get to rest.
