After 3 months off I figured my shoulder is not going to heal without surgery. I might as well get some exercise, lose weight, and build up my strength until the inevitable happens.
I got some bike rollers for the holidays. Now I can ride indoors since I'm a weather wimp (at least when it comes to biking).
I'll start climbing next week again and just medicate and ice a lot to keep the pain down. Lifting is going to take a while to build back up.
2. I gotta go in and check out surgical options for my bad ankle.
I have an old sprain in my left ankle, and I re-injure it almost continuously these days. I tried to boulder a few days ago. Jumping off the wall repeated was not a good thing...... So climbing is not great. But I have been doing a lot of yoga and the elliptical, too.
