Thursday, January 4: I worked out today. Did you?
I got back to the pool this morning after 2+ weeks of shameless feasting. Arms protested for first quarter and then got with the program.

1. Yes, I did
I did a leg and lower back workout on the weight room, and then I did 35 minutes on the elliptical (interval program).

3. Another session with the personal trainer.
Last one for 3 weeks as I have another surgery on Monday. Though I will try to get to the gym and work on the treadmill.
