well biceps and quick set for the forearms. I did better than I expected, but still getting myself back to speed. Didn't push as hard as I could've, but I wasn't up for the lactic burns I usually have all day following that routine (I do have Glutamine tablets in the office for those bouts).
I did some abs and 30 mins on the elliptical stepper. Tomorrow is triceps and I will have completed my first full week.
I went swimming this morning for the third time this week so I'm pretty happy about realizing my full intentions. I have been eating less since the beginning of the year than during the holiday blowout but my weight is holding stubbornly steady. I am hoping the ol' metabolism is revving up like Fred Flintstone trying to get his car started and that in a week or two I will start to see my weight go down a little.
