Legs today - still worried about my back so no squats


Leg extensions 3 x 12
Standing Leg curls 3 x 8
Leg press 4 x 8, 8, 6, 6
Standing calf raises 4 x 12
Seated calf raises 4 x 12

1. Hey Memphis Tiger!
You are really motivated! I am trying to get back on track but the cold weather has sapped my will to move. The crazy thing is that I will be sorry once the warm weather arrives and I tell myself that I should have been working out all winter!

I am going to join a rec center to run on their track. It is only $25 a month and it is pay-as-you-go. I really like running but I don't like running in the cold. I am going today after work to sign up. Hopefully.

3. It's pretty cold here in Memphis too. Once Spring
hits I'll start running outside again, but 25 degrees is too cold.

4. What is it about cold weather? I just want to curl up under a blanket
with a cup of hot cocoa & a good book. But when I do get off my ass & workout, it warms me up so much more quickly & I stay warm & energized for hours.

Did you sign up at the track?
