last night I made it to 3 miles on the treadmill

1. 3/8...delts/traps
4 sets of Arnold raises;
4 sets of front lateral dumbell raises, though I perform my lifts with my palm in (giving a toast) rather than palms-down as most do;
4 sets of side lateral raises, Nautilus;
4 sets of military presses, seated, Nautilus;
4 sets of Hammer Strength shrugs, moved up in weight to 360 lbs;

20 mins cardio

2. I've been sick...
Managed 20 mins on the treadmill yesterday, but I'm battling sinus infection & bronchitis, so I've been taking it easy, getting rest more than anything. :( Nothing more frustrating than getting in 5 mins on the treadmill & needing to stop to cough or blow my nose. Yuck. lol

I hope to get back on track in a couple of days...

45 mins on the ellipitcal.

3 sets leg extention, leg curls, calf raises, leg press, and then ab routine.

4. Yesterday (3/9 )I walked 4 miles.
I jogged about a third of the time. Today: yoga.
