Thursday, 3/20: I worked out today--did you?
:hi:

I did 35 minutes on the elliptical (really pushed it today) and then went into the weight room to use both machines and free weights to work my legs and lower back.

2. Yes, I worked with the trainer today.
Bench press and the low row.

Additionally, I put in 45 minutes of moderately intense cardio on the elliptical and the treadmill.

I wish I could do a better job of controlling my sweet tooth! It would greatly improve my results. :hi:

4. 6 mile run
1 hour dry-land workout in the gym with swim team. Very tiring, no energy left to swim!
