Saturday 3/22 National Corndog Day Check-in
I ran 12 miles, including race-walking up a loooong hill, in 2:40. I feel great!

1. Back in the gym again after a lenghty layoff
Just did 20 minutes of cardio to begin with.

Will begin working out with weights tomorrow. Taking it slow and easy at first.

3. 30 mile bike ride with 2700 ft of climbing

4. Ran/walked my 7 miles
Didn't get much sun but hoping to walk tomorrow if time permits (baking a tart for easter dinner).
