Wednesday 3/26 Workout check in
I did an hour of upper body weights. I've switched to butterflies for pecs and I'm feeling it! Not that I'm complaining. Many times there's no available benches in the free weight area so I pout on over to a machine. I think the people who got memberships on Jan 1 are trickling off so there's been more space for the rest of us.

2. I did
I jogged 2.5 miles OUTDOORS!!!! :woohoo:

and then came inside and worked the upper body (arms, shoulders and upper back) in the weight room (machines and free weights)
