Saturday 4/12 Checkin.
Sixteen miles! It was tough, though. I had to walk the last one. Heavy legs.

1. I did.
I've started a beginner's workout program today (because, after a few months away from the gym, that's what I bascially am) I found from bodybuilders.com. It's a full body workout I'll be doing 3 times a week. After a while, I'll change it.

3. I'm thinking of doing just that.
:-)

I seriously need to. It's a superb way to chart my progress.

4. By all means do
I chart my progress by miles--my body doesn't look much different.

5. I rollerbladed for an hour today
I took the same route as last week but covered it in a little less time (maybe 3 minutes). I was also less exhausted than I was last week. I'm encouraged because it looks like I'm starting to build muscle and endurance. Yippee!
