MBTs
Anyone have any experience with MBT shoes? They've improved my husband's posture tremendously (he has two hip replacements and was slightly leaning forward). I have them too and find them very comfy but can't report great changes others have talked about like dramatic weight loss, muscle tone, etc. Thanks!

1. A friend of mine had some
She has a badly damaged knee, and they helped her do more types of exercises than she could do with regular athletic shoes.

2. Hi there, my photographer friend, I have a pair
but I don't wear them. I just can't get used to them.
What I have found phenomenal is "Alegria" shoes. They have a curved sole similar to MBT's and I love them.
My problems are neuromas in both feet, weak ankles, and the compensation I do in my walk is undone by the insoles that keep my foot straight as it needs to be.

this is my first time here, I''m about to post something about eating fruit the proper healthy way
