some representation regarding this Gannon brouhaha. Why isn't anyone with any clout going to bat over this? Seems like it warrants some attention. Same (and more!) applies to 9/11 info recently released. Why has this not created a bigger stink? This admin is totally letting all of us down once again (no surprise), and no one is saying 'boo' about it. Maybe due to the DNC elections this weekend? Is there hope that some kind of loud outrage is in the offing in the near future?

Not until this last election did I actively participate in a campaign, but this was too important for me to ignore. I contributed $1000 to the Kerry campaign. I look forward to contributing more in the future. BUT, not if we pander to the Christian conservatives and their social agenda. We need to stand for somethings... the bill of rights and freedom are number one my list. As far as a program to put forth to the people of the United States, how about a government sponsored effort to move (quickly, like within 10 years) to a hydrogen only (or mostly) economy. This solves so many problems (builds our economy, trade imbalance, lowered energy costs, removal of the real drug that feeds Middle Eastern terrorists (OIL), and, hopefully, allows our planet to sustain the human population that it has now. Don't listen to the naysayers, we can do it now.

Personally, I can't think of anyone better to be the new DNC Chairman than you, Dr. Dean. Congratulations, now let's take the fight to the right!
