1. Well, don't buy the special two disc dvd, its a waste of money...I feel had
I feel betrayed...

The special features...SUCK. There is like a ten minute discussion over the sound of the joker, and like a fifteen minute hodge podge of discussion about the new Bat suit and the Bat pod, other than that....the second disc is worthless...save your ten bucks and get the 15 buck version.

2. In my limited experience, only about 1 in 5 DVDs is worth paying extra for the extras
I really don't need to hear a director congratulating himself or telling us why he chose this color of stationery instead of that.

Thanks for the warning, though--I rented The Dark Knight via RedBox, and it was plenty satisfactory for me even with no extra features at all.

3. Thats my line of thought as well...I hardly ever buy the special
edition, unless its something good...like The Dark Knight, I'm just a HUGE sucker for comic book movies....

The extras for Batman Begins, and Superman Returns was pretty good in my view, but I hardly ever buy the special edition dvds, unless it pertains to comic books. Although, I didn't get the special dvd of the new Hulk movie, but I did get IronMan's special dvd....

I hardly ever watch the extra's, so the movie has to be something special, I'm just shocked, that for The Dark Knight, the second, or third highest grossing movie...had such weak special features...I have better special features on my copy of Guarding Tess for cripes sake! :D
