Marvel character's background help needed.

Hey everyone I need help with the following characters, background and power wise. They are the X-men's Darwin, and the Sentry. I had to drop alot of titles awhile back for reasons i wont get into but Marvel has me hooked right now. If someone can give me information on these character's it'd be most appreciated. I love Marvel's Civil War - it's made me fall in love with the marvel universe again.
