Becoming upset and frustrated,
Edited on Sat Jun-06-09 04:14 AM by elleng
not helping depression.

Complaint for separation was filed early May, awaiting Service on husb so clock would begin running. Heard from my attorney that husb had been served with Complaint last Friday. Yesterday received e-mail from husb that he learned from 'front desk' (of his new apartment) that I had filed some sort of action against him, that it went 'upstairs,' allegedly put under 'wrong' door, and he hasn't seen it.

Then he goes on with he's got immediate dental matters, and cervical surgery coming up; in 'terrible pain,' can't deal with anything more, I should stop whatever it is, 'we have agreement,' blah blah blah.

Well, folks, we have NO SUCH agreement except to share proceeds from recent sale of house; he's concocted a plan whereby he retains all the proceeds, and invests it 'for us,' and in spite of fact that I've sought to address this w/o going to court, he's forced me to do this. He's got some hundreds of thousands that belong to me, I can't afford to go to a movie or take train to visit daughters, and I'm PISSED!!!

Hoping my attorney can move things along; not very optimistic, tho, and curious about what happened with 'service.' Attorney has affidavit from 'serving co.' that Service was done.

SO, I'm ranting!!! REALLY WANT TO BE DONE WITH THE SOB! (tho can't, 'cause he's father of our daughters. They don't know about this crap.)

No, and you're not the first to ask this question! About cervical spine surgery:

3. Got it.
Very sorry about all the b.s. you're dealing with. I can understand what you're going thru to some extent. We didn't have any money or a house when I divorced my first husband but, we did have a son. Once you have a child, it's pretty much impossible to get them completely out of your life. :pals:

4. Thanks, 'max.
NOW I'm struggling to get him served with the complaint! First 'server' failed actually to serve, as he refused to open the door. (Husb lied to me - naturally - said 'front desk' had received something, blah blah blah.) SO, working to get that accomplished. Hungry and tired, so NOT IN GOOD MOOD at the moment!!! Hoping for improvement!
