What's you car care products?
I'll start with mine:

Eagle One A2Z for cleaning wheels

Eagle One 20-20 for glass.

Bon Ami for "deep scrubbing" road grime off the windshield.

Meguiar's #39 Rubber and vinyl cleaner for convertible tops and all rubber trim.

Meguiar's #40 Protector for all the usual "Armor All" type applications as well as on the soft top.

Note that I use #39 instead of #40 on the dashboard, as #40 buffs to a high gloss and #39 contains some protectant, but buffs to a nice satin finish and produces a lot less glare off the dash.

Meguiar's Gold Class Wax

You normally can't find the "numbered" Meguiar's products in automotive chain stores. Going to a parts house who wholesales to paint and body shops will usually find it. I but it in gallons, so in the long run it's much cheaper than buying those little bottles at Pep Boys and such.

1. For General Cleaning...
I use whatever looks good at the store that day . I am going to try that 20-20 though and I swear by A2Z. For my first real clean-up of the year, I like to use Mothers Pre-Wax Cleaner to take all the old crap off the body. I use Zymol for my finish.

2. I used Zymol for a long time...
when I had my Nissan Z cars and always loved it. However, before my Miatas I owned an Eclipse AWD turbo which was black. I did a side by side with Meguiars and Zymol and the Meguiars made it look just as shiny, but *blacker*. I was really suprised at the visible difference, it was almost like Zymol was "hazy", but I'd buffed it repeatedly (including Zymol's spray with water and buff again trick). May have just been on black paint, as I know Zymol makes several different formulas, but this was their Japon wax.

3. I use Eagle 1 Nanowax for a base coat and use Eagle 1 Wax As You Dry
or Turtle Wax spray wax after every wash. It shines like a MF! Nanowax is easy to use, doesn't burn up in heat and last for about 3 months. I do a total wax 4 times a year. I found Meguiar's Gold Class hard to use when it's warm out, but it seems to last longer than Nanowax.

I also use Eagle 1 or Turtle Wax wheel cleaner to get the brake dust off. For the tires I use Turtle Wax tire wax (very hard to find) or some kind of ultra-shine tire spray.

I've heard good things about Zaino, but you have have to do at least 3 coats of various formulas - too much maintenance for me.
