Anyone ever install an aftermarket MAF (like Granatelli)
I was thinkng of putting in a cold air intake on my Alero to boost the upper powerband but the way I understand it is that fater 100-200 miles the mix computer "learns" that the cold air isn't normal and goes back to the regular air/fuel mix, cancelling out the benefit of the increased air flow. Thus, you need to install an aftermarket MAF calibrated for the cold air intakes. Any experiences or thoughts on this?
