Help! Who was the East Point Georgia killer?

Last night I was watching a TC show (FBI Files?) all about a serial shooter who was going around East Point Georgia in the evenings shooting residents.

He had shot and two female probation officers, and wounded some other people.
He would leave a note signed in highligter with the name "Jack."

I fell asleep and never did get to see who it was and why he was doing this.

I cannot find it on google, either.

Anyone remember this case or saw this ep. last night?

3. It was on Friday night, last Friday night

on the "FBI Files" on A & E. In the evening, around 8 or 9.

Some gunman was going around shooting people in their homes and cars in East Point, GA. I fell asleep before the show was over and missed who it was. And, nothing on Google.
