I never dreamed how literal my words would actually become.

Folks, today they are officially literal.

Read his tweets on this, the morning they're cleaning him out before his colonoscopy, only if you have a strong stomach.

Thanks, Rev. That was perfect.

Keith is in recovery and seems to be doing OK, but in reaction to his earlier trauma, he is pigging out. I have to admit, this amuses me no end.

Oh, and Keith having a menstrual period every month? I cannot even imagine...Think of what he would've put 'em through at ESPN. And right now he'd probably be in the middle of menopause. :scared:
