1. Alison's gone for a different shade of lipstick tonight.
And I honestly think that it would be more appropriate for Friday for her to unbutton that top button.

92. LOL. What I find amusing is that apparently there is some debate over
exactly how tall David Gregory is. They say he is VERY tall (probably makes Keith look like a Munchkin) but no one seems to know exactly HOW tall, so the figure is debated. All we know is that one of his ex-college pals says his nickname there was "Big Dave" and that the White House (when they're not getting battered by his questions) calls him "Stretch."

81. Funny you guys should mention "cracks."
On today's Dan Patrick Show Keith was getting much merriment about someone else's grammatical error (as he often does). He'd found an article about, I believe, Ken Griffey that said he was having his "left buttocks" operated on. "ButtockS?" he laughed. "He has more than ONE on that side?"

This left Keith to speculate as to whether if a man had more than one left or right buttock, whether he might not have more than one of what the buttocks hide (at least on SOME people, anyway).

59. Idea for new TV show: "That's My Botany!"
Cuddley, lovable Botany is the only one in his family or at work that is aware of how totally fucked up the government is, and how vilely corrupted the notion of "of the people, by the people, and for the people" has become.

In each episode, we see Botany's boiling point slowly driven upwards as he rubs up against the INSANE BULLSHIT of the evil * administration in a series of situations in the course of his day.

When he finally blows and spouts off incisively about the tragic gap between the genius of the constitutional republic designed by our founders and the venal conniving of the bipedal weasels who have insinuated themselves into the very machinery of government, the people around him, after standing wide-eyed at his outburst of unwelcome sanity, look at each other laughing, and say: "That's My Botany!"

:)

65. Yes: it's perfect. Steph is the only one who listens to him, and that he
can talk to and feel like he's in human company with, but living on opposite ends of the telephone and radio, worlds apart, except that they actually both shop at a few specialty shops (organic produce market, pharmacy, and liquor store) without knowing it, each of them having character-revealing friendships with the interesting proprietors.

And dammit, I AM going to write that theme song.
