He said he'd like one, too, but I can forgive him because A.) I think his take on it is one born from serving under the flag in the military for 34 years rather than cozying up to the right and B.) He doesn't run to the right every five seconds like Hillary seems to be doing.

It's just one more nail in her coffin with me, though. She's just becoming more and more Dem Lite, if you ask me.

When I heard Hillary was reportedly going to co-sponsor an amendment against flag burning, I went ballistic and switched on my computer to go have my name removed from her e-mail list (and, of course, to talk to all you sweeties :loveya:). First, though, I left a message at Hillary's office pointing out that today was the day the 9/11 commission issued their recommendations and graded the government, and that was a much bigger issue.

Now that I've calmed down, I am back in the Elisabeth Kuebler-Ross type stages and lurching towards acceptance. :-) Hills is pandering, which is what politicians do. I would rather she raised Cain about, oh, little things like MAKING SURE MANHATTAN DOESN'T GET STRUCK AGAIN. Still, I'm not ready for the circular firing squad.

But I will raise hell with her staffer on the phone tomorrow, and that goes double for Joe Lieberman. :-)

been through some crap with my bank of late, but that's a tale for another day.

Sheridan says "Woof Woof" to your babies. He loves kitties having grown up with one. I think he misses having one in the house.

I've been feeding a stray that lives in my apartment complex and he wants to be friends with her(at least I think it's a her--I've been calling her Girlfriend). She's a pretty fluffy grey and white cutie. She won't let me quite near enough to touch her, but she will follow me and comes when I call her. I wish she would let me near cause with winter coming on I worry about were she will sleep and keep warm.

I would dread driving on it... not because of my driving skills, but because of all the idiots who think they can drive 50mph+ on city streets and stop on a dime.

The people in this state are crazy when we have any kind of bad weather especially snow or ice. They think they can drive any old way and it'll be okay.

How are ya? I just finished the rerun (can't believe I stayed up through the whole thing!). The musto piece was funny, but I still hate his shirts. Brad and Angelina -- they're adopting, but they've never met. :rofl:

KO looked quite handsome in his silvery/gray outfit.

The meteor footage was great. The rest of the news, mostly focusing on how inept the administration is at anything except propaganda, was disturbing.
